Every morning, you can find us in the kitchen preparing for the day ahead. We make our own dough and sauce from scratch with no added sugar, dairy, or preservatives. Our dough is made with just five ingredients, and our sauce starts with premium crushed California tomatoes – vine-ripened, steam-peeled, and containing no added citric acid. We chop our own fresh vegetables and use only 100% Wisconsin mozzarella cheese. We are intentional about our ingredients because we believe they make all the difference.

What started with Mark Sweiss and a single shop on Rockwell has grown into multiple locations across Oklahoma. Twenty-five years later, we’re still locally owned, still growing, and grateful for how far we’ve come.
